Welcome to Creative + Cultural Events
We here at Creative + Cultural (C+C) take a great interest in our community. We understand that community outreach is key not only for our clients but to the residents of Phoenix and neighboring cities. We work hand-in-hand with our clients to create special events that build bridges of communication.
One of the best examples of this philosophy in action is the great partnership we have with Los Altos Ranch Market (LARM). LARM is not only an amazing grocer, but also has a strong commitment of giving back to the community. Since 2015, C+C and LARM have produced various community events including: El Día los Niños, Back to School and Health Fairs, El Día de los Muertos, Holiday Toy Giveaways, Health Depots, and informative Town Halls. We are happy to say that this partnership will continue as we develop even more connectivity within our community.
We value our partners very highly valued and welcome their innovative ideas. There is no doubt that the strength of our events comes from their continued support. Some of our current partners include:
Wild Horse Pass
Los Altos Ranch Markets
University of Arizona College of Medicine
Maricopa County of Public Health
Maricopa Integrated Health Systems
Women’s Health Coalition of Arizona
City of Phoenix Police Department
City of Phoenix Fire department

Date: Saturday, October 29th, 2017
Time: 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Deadline for application: October 13th, 2017, 5:00 PM
This holiday focuses on gatherings of family and friends to pray for and remember friends and family members who have passed and to help support their spiritual journey. We will celebrate this holiday and also provide a Safe Halloween setting for children!
For this community festival, we request that all booths/exhibitors/vendors provide an interactive game or hands-on activity for the attending youth and families as well as candy for the kids who will visit each booth. This is their “Trick or Treat” within the actual festival. You may consider games or exhibits that feature the theme of Día de los Muertos or arts and crafts, community awareness of your organization or a multi-cultural experience. Be creative! This is your time to meet the youth and families in our community and showcase your organization, outreach programs and products.
